aperitif and an incomparable wine for a party. GEWURZTRAMINER - distinguished,
vigorous and well framed wine, of an extreme elegance which wraps
the nose and fills the mouth. It goes well with seasoned dishes
and strong cheeses. It is the King of our wines. Our Gewurztraminer
"Vendanges Tardives" late harvest will make
you appreciate our know how in winemaking. PINOT NOIR - Deliciousely fruity wine, very appreciated for its charm and its originality. It is an excellent accompaniment for cold buffets, red meats, game and cheese. ROUGE d'ALSACE - Alsace Red Wine
- At least during 12 months
in oak barrels aged, deliciousely fruity, it is an excellent
cellar-worthy wine, constructed and powerful. Particularly appreciated
with the red meats and strong cheeses.

SYLVANER - This wine
is fresh, fruity, pleasant to drink and easy to appreciate. Honest
companion who can be used everywhere a white wine is necessary.
TOKAY PINOT
GRIS - heady, opulent and vigorous
wine. It likes the good food, the succulent roast, the game and
the foie gras. We suggest also our Tokay Pinot Gris classified
as "Grand Cru" Great Vintage.
CREMANT
D'ALSACE "BRUT" White and Rosé - Resulting from the alliance of noble Alsatian wines
and the aristocratic method used in Champagne, the Crémant
d'Alsace is well balanced and tasty. It got his titles of nobility
thanks to the constant improvement of its quality. All the know-how
and the passion of a good winemaking are reflected in this wine
which invites to have a good time.
